FameUp Rules

• Every entry has a total: the sum of all confirmed payments made for it.
• The highest total is #1, the next highest #2, and so on. Nothing else — views, links or followers — affects position.
• A rank is only assigned once the payment is confirmed. The estimate you see before paying can change if someone else pays first.

• No account is needed. Enter your name, username, category and (optionally) a short bio, links and look — then choose an amount and pay.
• New entries appear on the board once our team approves them, usually within a few hours. Your payment counts from the moment it's confirmed.
• To take a position, beat the amount currently there. We show the price as that amount plus $5.
• If the board is empty, #1 costs the minimum of $1.
• One entry per person. Entries are for people — not companies, brands or products.

• Anyone can add spotlight to any entry — their own or someone else's — by typing its @username.
• Amounts add up. An entry with $1 that gets another $2 has $3 and moves up accordingly.
• Boosting someone doesn't give you any control over their entry.

If two entries have the same total, the one that reached it first keeps the higher rank. To pass an entry you need strictly more than its total.

• Today counts payments confirmed today and resets every day at 00:00 UTC.
• All-time counts every payment ever made for an entry and never resets.
• Every payment counts toward both boards.
• Daily: when a day ends, its final ranking is frozen in the daily archive and never changes.

Each entry has one category, and every category has its own Today and All-time ranking based on the same totals. An entry's category rank is its position among entries in that category.

• Amounts are whole USD from $1 up to $999,999.
• Payments are processed securely by Dodo Payments (cards and local payment methods), tax included. We never see your card details.
• You're buying visibility on the FameUp leaderboard only — not followers, engagement, sales or fame.
• FameUp is not an auction, bet or game of chance. There are no prizes and nothing to win.

• All payments are final — including when your rank changes, the day resets, or you change your mind.
• If you were charged twice, or a confirmed payment didn't show up on the board, contact us and we'll fix it.
• If a payment is reversed through a dispute or chargeback, that amount is removed from the leaderboard.

• Sexual content, or anything involving minors in a sexual or harmful way.
• Impersonating someone, or using another person's photo or details without permission.
• Hate, harassment, threats, violence or self-harm promotion.
• Illegal activity, drugs, weapons, gambling, scams, phishing, malware or misleading claims.
• Links or content that infringe someone else's rights.
• Fake or stolen payments, bots, or any attempt to manipulate rankings other than genuine payments.

• We may edit, hide, suspend or remove any entry, photo or link that breaks these rules — with or without notice.
• Removed or suspended entries are not refunded.
• Anyone can report an entry using “Report profile” on its page.

• Everything is entered before checkout. If you add an email, we send a private link so you can edit your entry later. Keep it private — anyone with it can edit your entry.
• Lost it? Request a new one at fameup.me/manage with the email you used.
• To delete your entry, email us from that same address.
